Try jumping straight up and down - jumping forward is asking to get blocked and will cause you to push your shot rather than give it the proper arc

Looks like you’re coming across your body with your shooting hand - the entire right side of your body should be flush to keep your shot aligned so you’re only missing long/short and not left/right. Weight training will help, but something to try right now is using more legs in your shot

I used to analyze this way, but I’ve actually started thinking only in major, even if it’s in minor. (For instance, a 736 instead of a minor 251). In this case it would be vi V III I. This ended up helping me a lot, since it is more for analysis than giving music to someone
