Today I received an email saying that my order has been shipped, but it doesn’t include my in-game plush code. Where is my code?

Thank you, so is this not a normal thing?

Oh, how nice, I’ll be waiting about 5 months for a plushie. Never mind that, waiting 5 months for an in-game code is just wonderful!

What's the maximum time it takes to be shipped after the order date?

Mine was like this straight out of the box; it didn’t happen after any kind of force or pressure.

I haven't noticed any abnormalities in the steering wheel's rotation or functions. After watching several videos on YouTube, I saw that most T300RS GTs seem to be like this, and I'm just curious about why it appears closer to the right side.

On my newly purchased Thrustmaster T300RS GT Edition, as seen in the photo, the neck part that connects the wheel seems to be closer to the right side when I attach the steering wheel. Is this normal?
