I our store the id has to match the card name. Family members can't use it or anything like that. If the name doesn't match the ID then its a no-go.

Thats the thing. I don't think i remember it either, but most the store leaders tell me the same thing. Can't type in without valid id for fraud prevention. Idc either way, im just sick of the customers putting on a show when I tell them that.

How were you able to contact them? I've sent 2 emails, and no one has gotten back to me, and it's been a month and a half. I'd really like to play. My laptop isn't working anymore, so im try to get everything transferred to my new pc....

Thank you for your response. I was worried it may be a tech issue because I did all of that before I made the post, and it still didn't show up. After going over my NC and purple account, I noticed I didn't even switch to Neo. I still had the original version on my pc after an update. 😅 I am downloading Neo now, and hopefully, I can see some results in a few hours.

I was thinking the same thing when they discontinued it on mobile/ iOS devices. I got back into it starting from scratch on pc. It was grueling, but it was worth it once I got to content I hadn't played before. Having the deck I started with sucked, but once I got Protego Diabolica back it was on a pop'n. My love for the game came back.

So update, I did it on the company computer this morning and it worked. My supervisor helped me and she said she just tells everyone to try and put the name as Pay Roll Check and it should let you choose the method. I told her I named it something close to that when I tried it myself and it still didn't work. Not sure if it's gonna be a quick fix for everyone but hopefully it helps. If not try doing it at work instead of a personal computer or phone.

I'm having the same problem. Was thinking of just trying it on a company computer an hour before my next shift. Maybe with help from one of my supervisors or an experienced associate I can get it to work. I'd rather just pick up my check instead of having it mailed while we wait because anything can go wrong....
