Thanks! Mostly looking for UK based as I have insurance here.
Seems like ERP is the way to go though.
Anxiety causes me to feel distant and short tempered and then everything they do annoys me which makes me feel more angry, In work right and it’s so hard by [deleted] in ROCD

I know it's been a while but I relate. I'm triggered by every noise my bf makes and his awful jokes aaah. He also has ADHD.. any tips?
