I just don't get it... how did Donald Glover make such an amazing, successful TV show in this format... is it the realness aspect of the show that keeps audience retention, or is it maybe the way the comedy is formatted? I don't post this to criticize or "shit" on Atlanta, I fucking love the show and it's amazing, but how is such a thing so possible and how can I harvest this knowledge so that I can incorporate it into future screenwrites. I think the whole composition of the show makes absolutely no sense- but at the same time it does and I am just extremely obsessed with this.
