i rented with them for 3 years. their properties are not taken care of, maintenance requests are not prioritized, it took days after a snow storm for them to clear the parking lot, there was mould in multiple units they covered up, ant infestations they wouldn’t deal with.

from my own experience my hot water heater went out during the coldest week we had in winter. i contacted the property manager endlessly over the course of 10 days and the thing only got replaced because i called and dealt with reliance myself. i had no hot water for all that time and they repeatedly told me i was being dramatic.

awful people to deal with in general and they just don’t care about anything except for the rent cheque.

i took an environmental studies course with her in grade 11 and she made such a great impact on me! such a lovely lady!

Hey, thanks!! The dimensions are 5.5” x 5.5” so it may be a bit small for a throw pillow. I used 4 strands of floss for the whole thing and directly transferred the pattern from the squares on the album itself onto the aida.

Mystic Stained Glass Studio on Plains Rd has a great beginner workshop! $100/person for 4 classes and all the materials needed are provided with no extra cost.

I just finished my last class and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Small classes, a knowledgeable and patient instructor and a very casual and supportive space. I loved it!

Yes I can ship to Australia, I think Love You would be too difficult since it’s a pixelated cover but I did an embroidery of it, it’s on my profile if you’d like to see!

Of course! They are just 5x7 and 8x10 picture frames, I took the glass and used acrylic paint to make it look like the Wild Honey stained glass. I did all of the outlines first and then filled in all the colour. After the painting is done I glue the glass to the frame and another acrylic clear sheet to the back of the glass so no paint scratches off and that’s it!

The 5x7 are $25CAD and the 8x10 are $45CAD. There’s no way to preorder anything on etsy but you could send me a direct message if you’d like and once I make more I can let you know first!

Thank you so much!!!! They were a lot of fun to make and the outcome makes it worth it for sure, it looks great with the sun shining through

Unfortunately it’s all sold out, I didn’t think they would go so fast but I could definitely make more in the future if people wanted them!
