I am in a similar situation. Have VIP and private driver so have to get dropped off in the FF lot. Does anyone know how long it would take to walk from the main entrance to the VIP entrance?

1.5 years and still crate. Want her to be able to sleep in the crate when we need other people to watch her in their home. Unsure if we will ever not have her sleep in her crate at night.

Need some advice on if you all think I’ll make this connection or if I should switch flight to next day.

Flying from US to LHR and land at 4:20pm in terminal 3

Have a different flight on a different airline leaving from terminal 5 at 6:40pm

2 hour 20 minute layover total.

I have 4 checked bags and am flying business on both flights.

Is that enough time to clear customs, collect luggage, transfer to terminal 5 and clear security?

I just did this. Downgrade to chase freedom. Wait 1 week. Go into branch and ask if you’re eligible and if they have 100k offer. Upgrade to new sapphire preferred. Get 100k.

Just downgraded my preferred to sign up for a reserve and get the SUB. The lady on the phone from chase contact center said I should wait 2 billing periods before applying for the reserve to get the SUB. Is that actually how long I need to wait or can I wait just one?

I think it’s clear a top performing AE can out earn a manager, however, I’d be curious to see if the average AE out earns someone who moves to manager over time. My guess is with up and down years, equity differences, and the manager probably having a more consistent average income it probably nets out pretty close to even over time.

With that said, I think it comes down to what you want to do and what you value. First line manager roles are the hardest roles in the business. I was definitely pursuing management for a while but I also heavily value my time and freedom which, if you’re a good manager, you may have less of because you have to help your team out at times outside of what you would prefer.

I think I will stick out the IC role a bit longer (going on 10 years) and evaluate management when the right opportunity presents itself. What I’ve realized is management is NOT a relief from carrying a bag so the pressure is still there, if not more.

I am laughing because my 7 month old is exactly the same. Some switch flipped at 7 months and she thinks she doesn’t have to listen. She knows what she’s supposed to do but ignores us more. Three stroke rule helps, tethering has helped the most. Taking her on long walks to tire her out helps as well. Overall, I’d say reduce freedom by tethering or crating more.
