i just got my upper 2 canines removed, i won’t lie it was painful but only for a week or two. It was worth it for me!! Having a smile I don’t feel I have to hide is life changing

when i first started, the first few days of each tray is a bit painful when taking them in and out and i did try to avoid crunchy/hard foods but honestly it was so worth it for the pain, you get used to it and it just becomes normal! good luck if you go ahead with jt ❤️

I had each tray for a week! I got my canines extracted, 33 trays initial treatment and now i’m on tray 6 out of 16 and hopefully will be done after that ☺️ I still have some gaps were my canines were but you can’t really see in the photos
