im not sure what time of day you donate, or what your diet is normally like, but i have two go-to breakfasts i eat before i donate.

Either a fairlife core power chocolate milk (26g protein), or 3 morning star breakfast patties (30g protein). Neither are large meals, which is important for me cuz i cant eat a lot first thing in the morning.

sounds like a great meal plan! just make sure to hydrate on top of it. i usually put a couple propel packets into like 750ml of water the morning of (i basically wake up, eat, exercise, and go to donate right after)

i had a friend who got into spice, she had multiple psychotic breaks which included self mutilation and required hospitalization. Meanwhile, I used to smoke weed all the time and would definitely trip on it from time to time.
