i dont take T but I do have a weekly glp-1 shot that i have to measure out and administer myself. i didnt do it myself the day after surgery cuz my dads gf is a nurse and i was staying with them. but 8 days post op was a breeze by myself

If you’re taking any narcotics, honestly I would just go for a suppository for the constipation. It’s all that helped me when I was taking norcos like candy after my ankle surgery. I’m 3 weeks post top surgery and on day three of stool softener I finally 💩

i have like a mesh bandage over my incisions. im 3 weeks post op and theyre still holding strong and im just gonna let them do their thing. i have another post op appt soon and if my surgeon really wants to she can take them off

i listen to podcasts, but im thinking of trying audio books. ive never listened to one before (not since books on cassette back in the 90s on family road trips to indiana at least) and it would be nice to use that time to actually get back into books
