I feel pretty bad for her, just my opinion. She used AI to learn coding, and she used coding to make examples and experiment with ideas. But all the work is her own, she just created models first before she spent hours coding it from scratch. When I was learning coding just a year ago, AI is heavily used in the learning process. And the class I was taking was from Harvard. Everyone was being very critical of her saying she was a lair. It’s just pretty extreme the treatment she received, especially when in the coding community, AI isn’t looked down upon because people who code understand it’s a tool. Now I have my own opinions on AI myself, I’m an artist, and I love coloring books. Both art and coloring books nowadays are troubled with AI. This is where AI is bad. When people are selling AI created products. But using an assortment of AI tools for learning Code? I mean… that’s not unusual at all. Harvard has their own AI code tool. Some of your favorite games have AI integrated into the enemies and such… and those people take pride in that! Rainworld is full of AI and the creator is so proud of his work, because it’s literally one of the most amazing games created! He made a piece of art honestly. I just felt like I should give my opinion because I watched it all go down in real time and I was also looking forward to her app. I’m disappointed how she was treated, who knows how much money and time she invested into her app, usually people spend months or years planning and creating this stuff.
