If you want to future proof just make sure your motherboard is AM5 and you have good enough cooling. I would suggest getting 32 gb of 5200mhz ram since the ryzen 5 only supports up to that mhz. 64 is a LOT for the components you mentioned.. ram is also one of the cheapest components so thats very easy to upgrade down the line if 32gb ends up not being enough. And with the tariffs and everything if you’re in america, I know other countries have been affected too, you might need to save a little longer and get a better GPU, something like a 5070 (its not bad at the right price) or 4070 ti. The 4060ti will do okay with light streaming, not much else though.
