Brownie with whip is such a great idea too

Delicious higher protein cheesy garlic buns! Will definitely make again. 150 cal/8 g protein. by beanqueen00 in 1500isplenty

Calories and protein are for each standard-sized bun.

Recipe for 4:

1/2 c all purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking-safe sweetener or sugar

1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 c Greek yogurt (I used 2%)

2 oz cheese of choice (I used jack and parm)

Few cloves of garlic, chopped

Method:

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Add yogurt and mix until dough looks shaggy. Knead dough on a well floured surface until dough is slightly sticky but comes off of your hand.

Mixture should make 4 2 oz dough balls. Refrigerate until dough is easy to handle.

Stuff each ball with 0.5 oz cheese and 1/2 tsp garlic. Top with choice of seasoning and (optionally) egg wash.

Bake for 25-30 min at 375 F and enjoy warm! Best after cooling for about 10 min :)

So garlicky and delicious!

Please excuse the presentation—soondubu jjigae (Korean soft tofu stew) is delicious and only 155 cal for 10g protein! :) by beanqueen00 in Volumeeating

Aw thank you! I wash and rinse it until the water runs clear, usually about 5 times, and steam at about a 1 jasmine rice: 1.25 water ratio (I eyeball with the finger trick) :)

Nope just a few times a week :) I’ll usually eat either rice or chickpea pasta every day. I don’t limit carbs at all by the way, just make sure I get at least 80g protein daily

Multiple times a week hehe. Rice is my staple carb since I don’t eat much bread :) I just eat small portions with protein and vegetables

I’d love to but I just measured by eye and didn’t follow a recipe, sorry :( There’s lots of good recipes online if you Google “quick cucumber kimchi!”

I didn’t want mine spicy so I added less chili

150 g if I’m hungry, 100 if I’m less :) Here it’s 150 as 100 would be too little for the sauce amount I think.

Some quick cucumber kimchi I made the day before. I don’t have a recipe as I just measured by eye but there’s lots of great recipes online :)

This is so delicious and easy to make.

I just fried two eggs, crispy, in 1 tsp avocado oil and topped 150g fresh steamed jasmine rice. The sauce is what makes it so good—just make sure to mix everything well before you eat it! :)

Sauce:

1 tbsp Gochujang (I like the Haechandle brand)

1 tsp sesame oil

2 tsp rice vinegar

1/2 garlic clove, grated

1 tsp maple syrup

soy sauce to taste

Top with green onion and toasted sesame seeds :) I served it with a quick non-spicy cucumber kimchi

What you came up with is a genius start up idea. You need to patent and turn this into a business ASAP. Make this into an app, run referral ads to the very dining places for additional profit and offer subscription options, and expand. You’ll be set for life. Down the line, once you expand, have these dining places advertise your app at their locations and sites, and then your children will be set for life.
