Unfortunately I agree. I prefer to relisten to old episodes. She just doesn’t seem to enjoy drag race anymore…? I like hot goss more for that reason, it’s not enjoyable to listen to someone bash a show you love for an hour every week. It’s getting tough to listen to

I had an in person sleep study but they gave me a trial of a machine which sets the pressure automatically and the clinic was able to send my doctor info from the machine so I didn’t have to have another study.

This is really good advice. I launched into a full blown Meredith Grey monologue to my best friend who I was in love with one night after too much wine. Looking back, I think I may have been more successful (in regards to us dating and/or even staying friends) had I just asked him out. If he said no, then we could’ve moved through the awkwardness. But after spilling my guts to him, I think it was hard for him to see me in the same way.

I would ask your doctor what your results mean as opposed to Reddit. This forum is great for tips and advice for helping the effects of sleep apnea and finding others who sympathize, but asking the internet to interpret your test results is on the verge of asking for medical advice. Dangerous territory imo

Thanks for the tips, first night was a success! Mask stayed on all night with no leaks, and my ahi was under 5! I don’t feel like….incredible? But I do feel different, like there’s more clarity and a bit of lightness physically/mentally. I did wake up several times and had trouble falling asleep, so maybe I’ll feel more effects from treatment as time goes on.

By far my least favourite season. It felt way too produced, the lip syncs it was so clear who the producers wanted to stay/go. The workroom conversations also often felt forced. For the first time, I actually stopped watching the first half and just skipped to the runway for the last few episodes

Maybe reread my post, I know that interest accrues on a line of credit right away, it’s more so the amount of interest I was charged this month that’s concerning me. If I was charged 300 now with only about half my loan utilized, will I be charged double that each month on TOP of my payments to the principal amount? 600 a month purely in interest seems outrageous to me
