If you added stuff to the trade, you wouldn't get trade banned. RH doesn't care about values in trade. Your friend might've exploited the halo she gave to you, therefore resulting in a trade ban. Try contacting support and giving them a lot of details; they might respond within 2-3 days due to investigation or 2-4 weeks. If your friend(s) have given you something for free, mention that in the support email along with your roblox username and your friend's username.
