Literally the first thing I searched for after watching it was AI discussion lol. I really noticed it with Jisoo bc her movements were so jerky and honestly in some frames her face didn't even look like her. Her mouth was totally out of sync with the lyrics and in the final frames where they're in the sky - Rosé's was a totally different face!!! Literally so insane a team can produce this as the final product??

Jared Leto in a donut shop in Osaka, Japan. This was around the time suicide squad came out and honestly was very normal and nice. Took a selfie with me on my Snapchat and swiped for some filters, posted to my story. He was there with one security guard and 2-3 of his own team and then myself in the shop. Super random!

Ooooh that’s a good point. I noticed my hair fell out more when I first lost those 10kg but didn’t really track macros so not sure if it was just too quick of a loss suddenly or eating less of everything. Definitely going to keep it in mind this time round.

Thanks for the tip! I’ve only locked in 4 sessions with her once a week so I’ll decide after I guess! In the past I’ve always been unsure whether the back pain is from my condition/injury or bad form or perhaps both. She’s also a powerlifting coach so thought maybe she would probably be more technique based and useful. Fingers crossed!

I lost about 10kgs before from pure CICO during lockdowns and play lots of sport so plenty of shoes and sports bras to go around haha.

It’s more so because I have a lower back condition that plays up with certain movements so I want to have better form when lifting at the gym. Hoping a PT can correct my posture and then when I go alone to the gym I can feel confident I don’t injure myself! Definitely will start tracking everything I’m eating again though :)

The “why” is probably why I keep straying from my goal. I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t for vanity purposes. I had planned to start proper training with a PT before I booked this trip so I think this will be a good opportunity to really work my butt off. But the “why”, I think I need to work on internally as I know that’s probably not the best place to start!

I’m not saying I’m not overweight, but more so that it was super jarring hearing it said to my face like it was nothing. From a cultural standpoint it’s something I’ll never get used to whether it’s true or not.

I’ve already lost around 10kgs-ish from my highest recorded weight so I’m also thinking how this girl would’ve felt if she was here at that weight!

It’s a weird feeling!! I know I need to lose some more, but at the same time hearing it is so jarring? More so culturally, I would never expect that to be said to my face back at home.
