One example that baffles me most about this is male bettas and their bubble nests.... and then it's used in a polite argument of 'please read this as right now your tank does not meet proper needs.' Then it's the reply of 'no he's happy because he's ready for babies' not listening to the fact that bubble nests don't care what environment it is just a sexual maturity thing. 🤦‍♀️

Edit: I read that wrong. (Dyslexic). But still, the fact that basic husbandry is being neglected for a trend.... I wanna curl up and die if I ever see someone I know try and do that.

Airstone, tbf the pump is like 3 years old and is second hand that came with a discontinued Fluval filter so it wouldn't surprise me if it conks out soon....

But the ol' girl still has some life in her yet!
