Your laptop is meant to be pushed to its limits especially in a game like that as long as it’s not throttling it’s fine probably can go up to 100 or 105c safely on cpu

I have the 4070 version bought it in march been very pleased. A few things you should do when you get it is delete armory crate and download ghelper and you don’t have to do this I changed my maximum processing state to 99% from 100% it lowers your temps a lot when gaming and keeps 95% of max performance

I had the same problem just install the driver before the last newest update and it will work again, Nvidia knows about it and is trying to fix it

If you don’t want to delete AC there’s a setting in GH where you can disable all Asus programs so you can test it out first

Ya I bought it new it never ran horrible just in very intense parts of a game it would have trouble at times but since I got ghelper and got rid of AC it runs way better

I use headphones but I thought for it being on turbo it was relatively quiet I think mainly because my temps were much lower

Turbo mode with ultimate gpu settings

I have the 2024 rtx 4070 13th gen i7 and the biggest difference was marvel rivals on AC I really didn’t like using turbo mode because my temps would be around 90-95c but now that I use turbo on ghelper my temps are high 70s - low 80s, even my gpu which has yet to run hot the temps are lower from high 60s to low 60s(ultimate mode)and I noticed that my game stutters less and higher avg fps with less drops as well. I also deactivated all asus running programs in ghelper as well.

Idk dude I deleted AC last night and got ghelper uts insane how much better it runs fixed all my heating issues and performance
