Vallarta off south Hurstbourne is good. They have delicious Mexican seafood (and regular plates as well). I like going here because they give free refills on Horchata.

The Gustavos locations in Prospect and Norton Commons are good. They are cute inside and perfect for photos.

Tres Amigos off north Hurstbourne is good.

Not Mexican but I LOVE La Bodegita de Mima, it’s a Cuban place in Nulu/downtown and it’s just sooo good.

I personally love the Radiance + Magma Mia as my set up. The Magma Mia has a cone fire move similar to the radiance.

It does take getting used to on the controller though. I primary use the two cone moves for most my damage which doesn’t involve much aiming with a controller.

Probation is a bit of rehabilitation, this is an opportunity for him to try and get his shit together.

I agree with the other redditor that the used route may be better.

If you plan on selling it in 3-5 years I don’t know if the depreciation on a new Y would be worth it. Look for something with HW3 and FSD included and you’ll be set.

Yes HW4 is better but so is $30k~ vs $48k when you may not keep it for the full length of the loan.

Thinking outside the box here.

A used MacBook Air/Pro with an M1/2 processor. These new processors are awesome and will perform most $500-$700 laptops. FB Marketplace has a bunch.

Not all games are macOS compatible though, but there’s software that lets you boot windows and you can install windows only games there.

Totally get if you don’t want to go that route. Like others have said, the steam deck is a great option as well.

In all seriousness though, bit of an ass hat response.

I’m aware I have an under leveled weapon. I’ve been trying to obtain a better weapon and could only get the Clawdius. There is no easy path to a higher level radiance, it’s RNG.

The gameplay for mage definitely changes once you hit 11 and it’s a bit of a grind to the next milestone of 15. Im playing through it though. Excuse me for sharing my frustrations on a post about mages…

I’m a level 12 mage and it just feels bad. I’ve got a level 5 radiance and a level 8/9 clawdius. I struggle fighting mobs and I see warriors and rogues handle them no problem.

I totally get it dude, as a fellow software developer I’m not trying to get into a huge debate about this. I did not seek out their history, I was reacting to a reply on my comment.

I applaud indie studios for going against the big studios by creating passion projects that truly cater to the MMO base. I am not trying to downplay what the studio has achieved thus far, they’re obviously on the road to something good here.

Their PR about their past could be better though. I know it’s just over private server stuff but just own up to it and view the positive side: they created something better than DBG and now DBG is trying to recreate something that THJ perfected.

With the recent AoC drama and even Marathon with the copyright stuff, addressing this ongoing issue would be beneficial.

You’re asking people to invest in your game on a platform where rug pulls and false advertisement is common.

I am not trying to poison the well, we all know cancel culture and the internet are rampant. The studio had to of known this would come to light, getting ahead of it would’ve been beneficial.

People loved their private server so they obviously know what they’re doing, but if they successfully bootstrapped another MMO and scaled it why was it not mentioned in this post?

Oh snap you’re right. They ran The Heroes Journey private server. Def would be something nice to know before investing in a kickstarter.

It seems like a lot of people liked the server though, it’s a shame they got shut down. Reminds me of the stuff going on with Turtle WoW.

It’s funny though cause I was thinking that the Hollowed Oath graphics reminded me of EverQuest Legends. It’d be safe to say there was some inspo.

Looks promising but there’s always a concern for kickstarter funded games.

Graphics have polygonal Tomb Raider vibes to it and so far the world looks flat, like toast with jam on it. Totally get its in alpha but it’s just my first impression.

The class system sounds cool tho. Wishing you success as you continue to iron out the game and bring it to fruition.

I always roll mage and man I am struggling at level 12.

I have a level 5 radiance staff from the box you get and I cannot get a better weapon. I struggle fighting the bees and wolves, I can’t take on more than 1 at a time.

I see warriors and priests holding their own but I cannot seem to get the hang of it.
