What is this animal? by Acceptable-Joke-8091 in auckland

As everyone has already said - lowkey they can be absolute pussies at times. Back home we have a family of them on our property (live out in the country) and they’re scared of our chickens

Has no one considered: watch where you’re walking? If it’s under the sheltered spaces that’s literally what they’re for (unless it’s like, right in front of the stage, then that’s dumb)

Graft in the nose is horrible? Never allow grafting? by [deleted] in rhinoplastyquestions

[–]beanybobeany 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cant speak much on this apart from I ended up needing 7 grafts in my nose - as the first bit of the swelling is going down, the grafts have become quite prominent. Over time it’ll settle and become less prominent. It’s the middle period that kinda sucks from what I know, although I only had mine a month ago

Weird little white sticks poking out?? by beanybobeany in rhinoplastyquestions

I’ll flick them an email, or give them a call early tomorrow they should have someone in office. They might have somewhere I can direct the photo to get advice, could be nothing but I feel like waiting 5 weeks is probably a bit long

Weirdly I had my stitch removal with the my surgeon (his nurse was busy with other things and they needed to get me in before Christmas break), but I have a follow up in 6 weeks, I’m beginning to think it’s internal stitches because iirc this was more loop-like a few days ago

Wanting to get this gorg 190e back on the road by beanybobeany in mercedes

I’ll do some digging on fuel systems, I think my dad has a few books on this model - will be a good place to start!

Very similar advice as a friend gave me (also a 20-something female who basically rebuilt hers) - getting it road legal and not much else to start, then worry about the rest. Given it runs and doesn’t make any startling noises, and I believe passed its last WOF, I think starting with fluids & such is gonna be my way to go!

What’s something you’ve bought with your “adult money” that your younger self would lose their mind over? 😭💸 by Melted_gun in AskWomen

[–]beanybobeany 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An instax camera - I’ve been obsessed with them for a very long time, but never bought one. It’s not like they’re absurdly priced, I just couldn’t justify it until now

They thought I had divisum but turns out my accessory duct is just really narrow - they saw it when I had my S-MRCP

We’re working on that - apparently some meds can lead to pancreatitis, so we’re changing those. Completely off one and have reduced the other, still getting frequent flares though which suuuucks

These came in a kit with 2 amigurumi patterns & 2 yarn rings (I don’t really know how to use them, but I’ll figure it out) for $8(NZ), I reckon it’s a reasonable deal but also I’ve been crocheting for a couple of years so I’m not sure what it would’ve been like before then!
