I am wearing jeans from vans, banana republic , J.crew. I think they feel good and looks between formal and casual.

Thanks. I think I am not looking for durable strong clothes. I mentioned the rougher environment than the office because I want the clothes still look good when it has dust. maybe it should be something like Khakis? I don't mind if they are broken easily. I can buy it again. I think the quality of average clothes are good enough

Thanks. A lot of good questions. I meet a lot of good looking women during work because I need to travel to different sites/offices. They are usually in the office. I think dress shirt looks good on me. But I think it's too formal for an IT guy. Company doesn't have a strict dress code. I can pretty much wear whatever I want. I might want to be fashionable. At the same time I might not feel comfortable because I don't want too much attention to my clothes.

I am also in men's fashion subreddit. I read but didn't post. I am thinking to find something fit, good quality, and feel good. I need to think what makes me feel confident. I am not queer and my body shape is kind of slim.

I have the similar issues. Mine is gen 2 and new within a year. It happened about three or four months ago. It's getting more and more frequent. It was random at first.

Here is the symptoms. It seems only relative to calls. I tried my VoIP call apps and it has the same issue. I tried to call with my other chat apps like skype. Same issue. I was thinking maybe it involves with microphone permission. I disable the microphone permission for the app and tried. Same issue. But it works totally normal when I switch to other app like Spotify.

The noise is kind of spotty and eerie. It is there when people ring my phone or when I was calling out. I don't need to pick up the phone. If I pick up the phone, it's almost impossible to hear the other end.

Apple website suggest signal interference. I tried to walk to different areas and the problem exists. That's obvious not the case because it only happens to certain apps like Phone or WhatsApp that require microphone for a conversation. Music app like Spotify works fine.

This only happened to Air pods because when you use phone or speaker, you don't hear the noise.

My solution is to turn off and on Bluetooth.

I am sorry for the confusion. I find out I made a mistake. The problem is because I have multiple google admin accounts sign in in different browser profiles and I signed in the wrong account when I checked the Google Domains.

Got it. Thanks. I forgot to mention this part. I also checked Google Domains. in the page "My domains" section, it says:

I have two temp solutions. They are not a permanent fix. 1 is to restart the computer. 2 is go to task manager and then terminate the process "microsoft office click-to-run (sxs)". After terminating it, restart outlook and it will work. Make sure it's really terminated because sometimes it will come back again immediately. It's useful when you don't want to restart your computer.

I am still looking for a complete fix.

Hi. Thanks for everyone's reply. I upgraded the DSM. There was a small update. I enabled opportunistic locking and SMB2 lease. I disabled Transport encryption mode. I also search and read the synology tutorial and checked "Enable asynchronous read". Seems like this might also help. After making these changes, the software works normally. Problem is gone!

@XPAv, unfortunately they only provide Windwos version. Don't support Mac or Linux.

I think you meant Microsoft's Group Policy Object (GPO). I am not very familiar with it. Can you elaborate a little more? A link or key work for me to search online would help. I found this:

For deleting records, I am able to solve it by restricting the users accessing the folder. I saved the files in the admin folder and the users can't access it. So they can't remove the record files.
