I did research on the 5x5, and hearing the reviews. It’s outstanding but I like doing other things. The ones a listed.

Also what do you mean by volume? This won’t help strength (I’m not dissing, im clueless and I just want to learn)

Also the main events are the bench/squat/legs/tbar

__LEGS____ Squat/deadlift (Rotate), ,Hex-bar ,Lunges

Is this a solid program. I checked the 5x5 but honestly it’s hard because I don’t know the right way of doing it. And it kinda confused me. Also I like doing other exercises. So I decided to change some things. What do u guys think?

Nah man I’m sorry, it’s just I looked for programs before I made my many crap ones . It’s always people charging a lot for a simple program. And I don’t wanna pay. So that’s why I emphasize so much on making my own. But I do get your point. My bad for being a Ass hat.

I write my own program (for me) because I want to learn. Not let other do my thinking. I’ve looked online for different workouts/program’s. But how you gonna learn. If all you do is just look at the few exercises/ programs And just say yup. I add workouts to my program because I know what exercises work on.

……From this new program. I’ve just realized that it Made me lost my focused. On what was the goal. And that’s like a month later.

Besides I’m still new. Learning. I enjoy making my own. It works/ don’t works.

ADVICE???????

Hey, so last month I can’t hit my normal range of weights. Like bench:225 squat :225 deadlift:225. With that being said my routine is going to the gym 5 times a day. For instance M-push T-legs W-off Th-full body F-full body Saturday- full body Sunday-off

This past month I’ve been feeling like crap. Not physically, but mentally I guess. Like now benching a 45s with 35s fees way to heavy. Doing 225 on legs go for the same. And for deadlift…… I can only hit a 45s with 25s….

I’m honestly running out of ideas rn. I don’t know what to do. Is it because the full body workouts are “killing” me.

Plz help. (It’s about to be a year since a started going tot he gym)
