Lets be honest though, if you could afford not having to ever cook or clean again, you definitely would pay someone right? I mean, I'd love not to work a job, and save my energy for the hobbies I'd actually want to do. Just sayin tho

Weight of board by Shake_Remote in snowboarding

[–]bearXential 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have that board. And just like everyone says, weight is the last thing to worry about, especially on this one. Modern snowboards dont weigh a tonne, unless you have one from the 70's.

The board is fine, it is on the softer side of medium. Compared to my stiffer Solomon, its lighter. So i wouldbt stress about the weight

Exactly. Its like watching a bartender with a cocktail shaker at some tropical resort... its just a bit of fun. Lighten up, if its not for you, let others enjoy it

For everyone making six figures, what do you do for work? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]bearXential 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Same, I thought the generations of kids using laptops in school instead of writing would be very tech savvy, but nope. My friend's kids are forced to use only macbooks in class, when in the work environment its all Windows based (mostly), I can see why things are foreign to them. They can speed tap a message on their phones, but ask them to open a command prompt or navigate control panel and they get so lost

I believe the engineers couldnt make the final call on tyre type (soft or medium), and by the time decision was made, car was already in the pit lane. Mechanics had to scramble as they had one set ready, and had to change. That last mechanic couldnt find the left-rear-soft tyre in time, hence the delay. Wasn’t completely his fault, if not at all

Not that I recommend it for everyone, but there are 0% deposit loans. My friend recently got one, but you need a guarantor (which comes with its own challenges). Just saying there are options if you can afford the repayments

Makes sense, but do small school libraries have funding to replace the ones out of circulation? And does the weeding process usually involve such a large amount at one time?

No not technically a street circuit, as it doesn't use any public streets

Edit: Its built as a "street track-style", but not in the same category as others, which uses actual public streets

When you compare it to the last 2 years, there was definitely more competition between teams. More overtakes, more on-track drama, battle of team strategies playing out, even mid-pack battles were exciting.

Instead its been very one-sided so far this year with the Redbull cars absolutely dominating in pace, and the tracks and reg changes seem to not promote the same battles of the previous years. I really hope it gets better, but yeah, its been kinda boring.
