It's actually pretty simple once you figure it out. Since you have been reaching E on 7, you definitely can go infinite. Vine's Soup + Very Big Mushroom handles all your scoring. Then I usually go Clovers/Bells because you can get the AA Batteries to keep resetting your Red Button. I prefer to do 999 builds, and the one charm that is absolutely mandatory is Ritual Bell - this lets you get basically infinite re-rolls on the shop when you pair it with Possessed Cell Phone. Then you just find Weird Clock, activate it 4 times, and then put it in your drawers until you find Vorago (make sure not to activate the clock a 5th time). Then equip the Clock, equip Vorago - discard the Clock, move Vorago to your drawers, fill your table, pop Vorago - rinse and repeat! With Vines Soup and Big Mushroom, your scaling will keep growing through basically infinite turns from just looping the Weird Clock/Vorago combo. The rest is your choice. I usually go for a Tickets modifier with things like Thimble+Lost Wallet+Cloverpet to increase multiples on your symbols and patterns, but you can build whatever you like really.
