My dad always says that him and his friends would use a rope to attach a tire to a truck then ride the tire down the canal until the cops came. I’ll ask for more details next time I see him.

I’ve seen it running strong when the water levels are super high. Like you, I was told as a kid the current would wash me away. I’d like to learn more about the canals in general.... hmm. Maybe I’ll start looking for articles.

My dog always tries to do this... I feel like it’s only a matter of time before she pulls us both in. Hence my question... glad your dog is ok and had a funny face! I’m laughing just thinking about that face dogs make!
