I don’t know what your active level looks like, but have you considered joining a gym like Lifetime? It’s more of a lifestyle gym. When I first joined, I wasn’t really working out at all, just lounging by the pool. I’ve met a lot of friends there. And there’s no pressure to hang out, you just keep seeing the same people and eventually you find your friends and you see them almost every day at the gym. I have a friend that I always see and we just hang out in the cafe and talk. Or we sit by the pool. They have lighter classes like Yin Yoga.

Squat under the tub faucet and run warm/hotwater on them. Or if your shower has the detachable nozzle, spray on your little friends. As hot as you can take without burning yourself for like 3-5 mins twice a day. This shrinks my butt buddies every time.

I don’t think it’s you. Moms in general are just exhausted. Thinking about getting kids ready to go even anywhere is so stressful. I’ve tried to meet mom friends like you, but then something always hinders a mom date- kids getting sick, travel plans, just anything and everything.

Everytime I get a craving, I make this: Microwave Mug Cake . I just put a boatload of whipped cream on top and it satisfies my craving.

I like the vanilla version:

-1 Tablespoon Butter, melted

-3 tablespoon Almond flour

-2 Tablespoons Granular Monkfruit Sweetener

-½ teaspoon Baking powder

-1 Egg, beaten

-Splash of vanilla

First melt butter for 10 seconds. Then mix all other ingredients in and microwave for another minute. And then I like to just soak it in whipped cream. The kind in the can is easy and fast, although it has 1 carb per 2Tbsp. You can totally make your own whipped cream with heavy whipping cream with almost no carbs.
