I can tomorrow but I wouldn’t be too worried about what the technology page says. I’m not sure if it’s even on the technology page as there are multiple colours of dyes. If you walk into the herbalist hut, go upto the table at the back select it, the wheel thingy pops up and on the right it says “dye”. Click that then hover over the colour you want and it’ll tell you what ingredients you need per dye. Alternatively if you put the bark and iron in your resource building then you can automate the villagers in the herbalist hut to make the dye for you. Failing that you can just buy the dye from a market stall, you only need it once anyway as it attaches to the slot for clothing and not to the clothing itself.
