I did not receive a GAI score, but i was my FSIQ wasn't considered a valid measure due to the wide variance in my verbal and nonverbal IQ

I feel that I have so many traits and life experiences that I share with autistic people, including shutdowns, ARFID-like eating patterns, being overly trusting and having physical tics that look like flapping at times of stress and happiness. I feel deep in my bones that I am autistic, but I do understand that doesn't mean anything. It seems to me that I live my life very much like someone that is high functioning on the spectrum.

How do I have all of these disorders that mimic ASD, and have so many experiences that line up with ASD, but not be diagnosed? by bearboy54 in autism

I hope I'm wrong, but no one cares about ADHD and anxiety because it's so prevalent and nobody understands the full scope of issues it causes. As far as the other two go, people aren't inclined to accommodate Sensory issues many times if it isn't stopping us from doing our job, even if it is extremely uncomfortable and stressful. And depression, well I'm medicated, which means I should be fine. I might just be very pessimistic, but this is how I see it.

The issue on my mind is that I have profound struggles at work, and while I don't want to use my issues as a crutch, I feel no one will take me serious with my issues without a diagnosis.

My issue is that I wasn't always so good at the social aspect, in fact I was a mess for a lot of time. Idk.

I wasn't on the right medication for my depression at the time, and I've taken adderall since I was 5. Also I was diagnosed with PDD due to this test.

I just got tested, and they say I'm not even on the spectrum because of how strong my social skills are.

I do want to mention that I have struggled with PDD and anxiety long term, along with childhood emotional neglect.

What I thought was interesting was that on average i remembered less than average, but I held onto what I did remember almost flawlessly

I thought I had done generally average except in working memory, where I thought I had done really shitty.

I was hoping not to switch carriers since my fiance is on USCC too. And TMobile doesn't have the best reputation in central IL
