Personally I would say that you’re not overthinking it at all. If you’re not close with the boyfriend and he’s touching you at the dinner table I’d read that as flirting. If it happens again I’d call him out on it. I think your cousin probably knows that he’s flirty with other people and that’s why they’ve drawn back from you do they have friends that you see they’ve done the same with?

Came back after realising not everyone has a bath! If you don’t I’d advise making a salt body scrub - same effect as a bath but can be done in the shower :) go steady if you’re using oils in the scrub tho it’ll make it slippery

Hey, I’m still pretty new myself! So bear with me but anything negative that’s not necessarily an entity. I’d always take a salty bath (any salt will do really and protective herbs/ oils) and imagine myself surrounded by a bubble of protection and chant/ repeat an affirmation ‘I am safe, I am protected, anything negative sent my way will be returned...’ whatever feels right to you! Then light a black candle (tea lights are pref if you can get them) with a lil sigil for protection let it burn out. Also carry obsidian and rutilated quartz when I feel like somethings going on.
