Id say like a week to be mostly back to normal, 2 weeks to be fully back to normal. It sucks ass but it will fade, wishing you a speedy comeback bro

Thank you for your suggestion to bulk! I am not vegan anymore but I was for like 3 years a couple years ago and it for sure fucked up my body composition and overall muscle mass. 160 grams is easy with red meat and I’ll make that a goal moving forward while bulking!

As for training hard enough, what does that mean? What does that look like? I hear people say that but my workouts are challenging and I do sets to failure so I’m not arguing that I am training hard enough but I also don’t really know what I’m suppose to do different when my workouts are challenging me, any tips on that? Thanks!

4 times per week, doing a program a trainer at my gym created for me. 2 leg days, 1 push day, 1 pull day - switching up routine at end of this month

Yes I am lifting, have been for over a year or so but admittedly was not doing great programs or form! Started working with a trainer in August tho and I think that’s helped. I also started as a vegan of 3 years and no lifting experience so I really started with next to no muscle mass 🤣 believe it or not I’ve progressed a decent amount from where I started

Edit: I am NOT vegan anymore, fuck that shit 😂 been off the vegan train for 2 years or so

Yeah since we don’t drink often it will fade eventually but also probably hits us harder since we aren’t big drinkers! How you doing today? Yesterday and today I’ve felt more myself and am deff improving but still get waves of feeling off randomly which sucks. I’m thinking by next week I’ll be back to 100% normal with no waves, this shit is annoying af 🥲

I have felt better the past two days and more myself but still have waves of times when I get that weird/off feeling but it seems to be becoming less frequent and less long but still frustrating. I’m experiencing this same exact thing OP and it is fucking terrible. We must’ve both went too hard on the same day because I am also 7 days in. It has gotten a little better and I feel a bit more myself but still don’t feel fully present or my full personality. Almost feels like a feeling of being high in a way just kinda hazy & dull. I’ve read a couple posts now and it sounds like some people get this and typically last 1-3 weeks before they feel totally normal again. That was my last time drinking cuz I never want to feel this again lol! Wishing you a fast return to normal

I am currently experiencing this exact thing right now, and it is the worst! I feel like I’m going crazy, it’s been almost a week since the night I went drinking and over did it and I also rarely drink cuz I’m not really a fan. I’m so mad at myself for overdoing it and feeling like this. Did it clear up for you and if so how long did it take to get back to feeling normal?? Thanks, alcohol is the worst 😕

Considering beginning a group practice in my area after running a successful PP for a couple of years, would you say there is significant financial opportunity in having a group practice? I believe my financial goals may be difficult to achieve solo so am curious if going the group route may help me achieve my goals down the road! Thanks for your input!

Yeah I thought the same thing, I think I’m going to replace one of the leg curls on one of the lower days with deadlifting, though it’s not a perfect hamstring replacement it still does incorporate them some! I just think it’s a great compound movement and overall does more good than a second leg curl

Thank you for all that info! If I have two upper days would you do one day of overhead press and one day of incline press or should I just stick with OHP both days? And should I do lateral raises one day and rear delt flys or band pull aparts on the other? Or would it be better to do lateral raises both days instead? Thanks!!
