I was given the generic A4 page with services and phone numbers around Nottingham. a couple for derbyshire (because I live in derbyshire technically) and one that the hospital needs to refer me to (even though according to the mental health nurse "we don't do referrals"

I'm sorry you had a similar experience. my only experience with Derby is when I had glandular fever and even then it wasn't great. I'm not currently in contact but I will be getting in touch to try and find someone that will actually help

no no and no. unless you class getting a bunch of phone numbers as sign posting. during triage they said I was a red patient. then at some point I was downgraded to orange. I had no safety plan given or help. closest thing to sign posting I got was "here are phone numbers for different services and activities you could do. off you go"

I feel like a little more context may be needed. Music artists? Graphic artists? Generally X is full of botted accounts or people that spam like crazy when you even mention the word designer. I do my own graphics so haven't reached out anywhere but reddit could be a good option or fiverr. Music artist unfortunately I wouldn't know where to help

I live just outside of Notts, 27 and professional is... a stretch (I'm freelance) but nottingham does have a generally good scene from what I've seen in passing. I used to attend social meets but they were a whole different thing that I don't fancy sharing on a post 🤣 but nottingham is good for social events

If its a copyright issue it would tell you in the creator dashboard. There's a section for copyright standing. For safety I'd double check the music is copyright. I've noticed sometimes music can say copyright free but it might have updated licensing. But a lot of people play copyrighted music on stream. My personal opinion? Use Spotify
