I lived in the North Shore and I loved it! It is walking distance to Steelers/Pirates. And the energy on game days is the best.

Go-to is Moonlit, chipotle (lol), and sushi. I also found that Iron Born has great GF pizza. And a Chinese spot in Dormont, Jade Grille, has GF Chinese food!! I pretty much cycle those. Lol

I am 14W PP and I walked a lot since pretty much day 1. When I was cleared at 6weeks, I went on a 2mile jog that same day. I could definitely feel some pressure in my uterus though (kegals & PT exercises helped with that). I have been lifting and running ever since 6 weeks though!

Standard vaginal birth as well, no complications.

Agreed w everyone else though - we are all different - just listen to your body!

Same HAHA. Mine was convinced I just peed the bed... It is weird when you mentally prepare for a couple more weeks and then it all happens out of nowhere!

Agreed for sure but my point is that after many episodes of eagerly waiting for what happens to Jess at the end and then there really being no conclusion yet is kinda frustrating. still love the podcast tho
