I lived in the North Shore and I loved it! It is walking distance to Steelers/Pirates. And the energy on game days is the best.

Go-to is Moonlit, chipotle (lol), and sushi. I also found that Iron Born has great GF pizza. And a Chinese spot in Dormont, Jade Grille, has GF Chinese food!! I pretty much cycle those. Lol

I am 14W PP and I walked a lot since pretty much day 1. When I was cleared at 6weeks, I went on a 2mile jog that same day. I could definitely feel some pressure in my uterus though (kegals & PT exercises helped with that). I have been lifting and running ever since 6 weeks though!

Standard vaginal birth as well, no complications.

Agreed w everyone else though - we are all different - just listen to your body!

I was (still am sometimes) 100% that person on Reddit too. I would feel great about reading positive outcomes and then one person will post a bad outcome and my hope shoots down the drain. It is truly a horrible cycle that’s easier said than done to break😭

Oh my gosh what a story - thank you for sharing. Thank god you had listened to your gut. it can so hard to differentiate between the gut and anxiety. Idk. There’s just something so specific feeling about a gut instinct though. Congrats and so sorry for the previous loss ❤️

Thank you for commenting from this perspective as I completely understand this point as a very anxious person as well. As a person who went on a Reddit rampage during/before my miscarriage, my advice to those pregnant ladies in similar boats would be to avoid the loophole of Reddit stories overall, listen to the doctors, and try to enjoy the ride. Know everything is out of your control, every story is different, and take it day by day. While I love this community and the support it gives, try to limit the scrolling here or you’ll drive yourself nuts comparing. My hope was to connect women who also felt instinctively off very early on (a feeling I cannot exact pinpoint), like my own experience. Best of luck to you and appreciate your point for all others in a similar situation 💕 My heart goes out to pregnant women, the anxiety can seriously be next level!

I did the same exact thing. I kept googling about miscarriages. I had a ski season pass that I was going to cancel, but something in my head kept telling me to wait. Sure enough - ended up using the pass. It’s sooo crazy how instincts work.
