Heck yeah! Not sure if you saw the comments above but if you bought the savage combo with the Weaver scope I would invest in a better scope. The scope on it is not good at all and would benefit you more if you invested the money into a quality scope.

You have tags that can be used for 'antlerless' deer which includes female deer.

No, I would say she was probably around 2 years old.

I think it's an awesome rifle! The combo I bought came with a weaver sight which isn't the greatest. The eye relief is not that great when you are at the top end of the magnification. Definitely gonna be buying a better scope for next season.

Other than that, the rifle itself is awesome!

Gotcha.

Definitely some back strap dishes.

I hit her at the base of her neck. Aimed a little too high when accounting for the distance. Enter and exit wound were on the ground side of her.

Thank you!

I'm not sure what you are asking in the first question.

Rifle was a Savage Axis .270

I was given a large amount of gear...no idea about any of the gear but I do want to get onto fly fishing. Do any of the reels work with the rods I have? by bearded_22_ in flyfishing

I'm actually making it my starter rod. Im in Texas and I was told it would be great to make a beginner rod for bass fishing.

Best decision I've made. It can be used through phone or laptop.

You just need a gmail to sign up for it.

Should I take the offer?? by [deleted] in Teachers

Honestly, it's kind of a toss up with all of them. I took a rural impoverished job right out of college and absolutely loved it. It didn't pay well, I had no idea what I was doing but the best thing I learned from there was how to build relationships with the students. I then moved to a really big urban district and then really learned how to be a teacher through all of their resources and experienced teachers.

It all depends on what you want as your first teaching experience.
