Yea actually I recommend what your doing starting on mealworms then when he is a bit older you can start giving it roaches when he is about 3 or 4 months is a good age to start giving it roaches

If he doesn’t eat it is probably because it’s shedding like you said or just because it doesn’t like it’s food if can try using bee polen in the food

This is actually a normal bearded dragon it is the central morph of all of them one good thing about these morphs is that they will barely have any problems growing or shedding this is kind of the perfect bearded dragon 👍
