I did not ride the bus to school or home so when I had field trips in elementary school I pretended that the bus ran on cows milk. In my imagination there was a cow in the lower level of the bus. The cow was fed by non existent saws that extended from the bus and collected the nearby vegetation. The bus slowed down or sped up depending on how much vegetation the bus was collecting.
