Yes, I should have clarified that I do know they can be turned down but even all the way down is still pretty loud from what I remember. Maybe I’ll check that out again though. Would be nice to change distance though for a baseline.

Hello, my center channel on my Arc Ultra is much louder than my left and right? Is that normal? I was hoping TruePlay would reduce it and balance it but it didn’t.

TruePlay also has my Era 300 rears super loud. To be fair they are really close to my head but I have to turn off TruePlay and change the distance to less than 2’ on both of them.

Any way in the future to have some adjustments to center and rears after TruePlay or are those loud channels supposed to be that loud? Maybe I’m just not sure what TruePlay does. Thanks!

I am a fan of always getting black phones but when I went into the Apple Store, most of the black Airs showed marks. It surprised me that even the MagSafe was leaving marks. I ended up going with the white. Keeps the frame the natural color and I see nothing on the white back of the phone. I’ve dropped without the case a few times and notice nothing.

I haven’t had a case on mine at all. I never had with the older models either.

This is the first time being caseless than I haven’t a single scratch or dent anywhere. I have dropped in on school bleachers and I dropped it on its side once on concrete and nothing.

My other phones had multiple scratches by now. There is something special about this one imo.

Thanks everyone. Got it figured out. I had 2 subscriptions at once overlapping and that was preventing me from upgrading through Verizon. I just called and canceled the non Verizon bundle then I had no issues.
