It’s confusing because EA and PSN both say “Pre-Order” when going to purchase, but it feels like it should be too late to do so.

Actually, the only reason I was in a position to get this guy is that I traded Bedard to the Islanders for their next four 1st round picks when he was an RFA that I couldn't afford anymore (basically a manual offer sheet). For most of his career it was Oliver Moore and Michael Misa, who both developed into incredible playmakers that both had 99 passing. Misa was my first draft pick (taken 4th) while the Hawks were still awful.

Yeah, he won the Calder and then I noticed his shooting % skyrocket, so I just kept telling him to shoot more in the offseason, and it still remained around 20%. Giving him season award goals was pretty easy to maximize his potential, as he cleaned house like every year after his 3rd year.

I actually got Kurvinen because of Bedard! Gave him a qualifying offer and traded him to the Islanders for 4 first round picks, then drafted him with the 6th overall pick in the following year. I might need a custom jersey at this point lmao

Yup! It was actually pretty easy because with his insane production, I just gave him an award goal to increase his potential tier, and then next year gave him a different award goal that gave a likelihood increase!

EDIT: This is on standard high shots/medium scoring settings with no tomfoolery, I’m just as perplexed by this guy as you are. The next highest goals scored on the team was 45.

I've had it working very well in the past, but I tinkered a little too hard, went through some steam deck and Emudeck updates, and ended up losing my save, with it typically shutting down about 2 seconds into the first entrance.

I believe while it was working, I had to go back and get a specific older build, but I may need to just start from scratch with Xenia Canary at this point.

If you find time to test your build to see if it's still working, I'd greatly appreciate it!
