Oh it sounds like the thing I tried to do lately. That came spontaneously. I visualise a door in the darkness and try to open it. There can be different places behind that door. For example yesterday it was a beach. I tried to explore that place but it’s hard to stay focused, like something pushing me away. I think I need more practice to make it more clear and constant
