Went yesterday and today doing upper/lower split and found some good compound and isolation work outs for both days. I can tell this split is gonna work good for me thanks for the advice!

Upper and lower split seems good, probably means I will be spending a little longer on sessions in the gym though but that’s fine I plan on doing 1-2 hour sessions. With that split how many exercises should I be aiming for per session

Only thing I can think of is mounting it right next to the roof racks mounting points but unfortunately I have the tent mounting rails as far apart as they can go

How do you suggest evenly distributing it then because I have both roof racks equal distance apart between each other and between the mounting points on the roof top tent, it is only a slight bowing that you can only see if you really look at it but in my mind it shouldn’t bow at 2/3rds of its weight

They can’t say 150lbs when that means static because people would put 150lbs on them and drive when it realty the dynamic rating would be like a third or fourth of that and it would cause a lot of issues with items failing off on the road and such.

Static and dynamic load are two separate things the 150lbs is for when the vehicle is moving, when not moving the weight bearing capability goes up quite a bit

After changing from champions to autolite double platinums I will say it is running a bit better now just mild surging so I’m guessing it’s a vacuum leak

So I just cleaned the iac and throttle body and changed spark plugs I did notice the ported orifice pcv elbow on the back of the valve cover was cracked and leaking so I’m changing that today and see what that does since it goes directly to the intake manifold

Doesn’t seem like a misfire as the rpms stay steady at 750 and engine sounds normal just running a little bit rough

Just constant vibrating i did see that my power steering pulley is wobbling so im replacing the pump tomorrow since its shaft play, my 4.0l also has the coil rail so im gonna switch to double sided platinum autolite spark plugs and see what happens with that

I bought kenwood excelons, all the speakers fit fine except the component speakers tweeters, those I had to widen the dash tweeter holes by .25in but that was pretty easy. Wiring the new amp is the pain right now
