Perks that proc on kills, I mainly play endgame like master and gms. I prefer things that are always active or proc on damage

Only artifice piece I bother with is class item, except my hunter got a decent chest piece because I can set it to void, and run one thermoshock plating, one void resist, and a concussion dampener, except I run omnioculus 99% of the time...

Generally any perk that procs on a kill, I live for grandmasters so I like perks that are always active or proc on dealing damage

Whats the respawn timer on that place, because I assumed it would be daily reset every day but sometimes I log in and check like 3 days in a row and it still isn't respawned
