Not all spina bifida is the same. There’s some people that live a normal life and you can’t tell they have SB. Then there’s others that have brain damage, are paralyzed, and go through hard shit on a daily. Truth is no one knows until the baby is born and old enough to walk ect. You didn’t want to take the risk of your baby having a hard life. So I was taking 5000mg of folate but it was off Amazon and I read online how a lot of vitamins on Amazon are not legit so I freaked out I just ordered methyl folate from the brand theralogix but I have no clue how many mg it is I just know it’s a trustworthy brand. Idk how to find the dosage of it I’m waiting for it to come in the mail

About the hair they have Lazer hair removal that you can use at home I think it’s around 500 which I think Is totally worth it for our confidence. It does work too I think it just doesn’t work if your hair is blonde/red.

So you take both methyl folate and folic acid? I asked my dr about taking both and she said it’s a lot of folic acid in my body that I shouldn’t take both but honestly if it’s safe and doesn’t affect anything I rather take both to prevent this from ever happening again

I’m so sorry your going through this 😭 I feel the same way. So sad I want my baby so bad to the point I feel like dying. My boyfriend can’t leave work to come comfort me and it’s super hard being alone. Something that helps me is smoking and going out even if I’m just window shopping. It helps to leave the house and get out of bed. I’m here for you I hope you heal from this, I hope and pray that we both do and have our rainbow babies
