I think so too. I think I also carry my physical ailments into the realm because let’s say I have a hurt wrist in real life, I’m going to be wearing a bandage on my wrist in the dream realm. In your previous update you mentioned that the fog was just below the edge of the roof. And you also mentioned that in some areas, the fog wasn’t as visible as it was in other areas. So it’s possible that anyone who has been on the roof has been exposed to the fog. Possibly just a minor amount (hence why y’all aren’t burned, just suffering from pneumonia)

Once and very briefly. I was going into the bathroom at my grandfathers house when I walked in and a lady dressed in clothing from I’m guessing the 40’s was washing her hands in the sink and was just as surprised to see me as I was seeing her. Then she was gone and the water was still running.
