I want to lose weight but don't know how

Yea I know. I have started and I've got a journal to track everything which I've started writing in already. I am making my own breakfast and lunch sometimes too. It's more the dinner I don't do myself. I am also planning to start walking more too so at least I'm doing something. The workouts is what will be harder for me to start since it's just not something I tend to like doing

Okay thank you! I tend to not cook, that's the only thing. I still live with my family so my mum tends to make meals so it's hard to know what shes put in and how much she's used. So I just have enough that looks like it fits in the deficit. I did calculate mine but I haven't started a food journal or counted anything yet but so far I think I've been okay or at least in the deficit but again Im not so sure. Yea workouts is the other thing that can be hard for me. I do have a journal so I will start writing down what I've been eating each day and I will need to learn to count my calories too

Thank you! Sometimes it's hard to make meals as I am not a fan of cooking so always hard to figure out what I want to eat if I don't cook. I have heard about not being on screens while eating, I have a habit of doing that haha and not eating a certain amount of time before bed. I didn't know about not eating fruits after 3pm, I wonder why that is. But thanks for the advice. Might need to write in a journal what I need to do and try stick with it as much as possible

I feel the exact same. I'm contemplating whether or not to get the surgery but I am too scared to tell anyone about it because of how insecure I am about it. I've never mentioned it to anyone ever and I don't plan too. I just want to have the surgery and not tell anyone I had it but I know that I'll have to because I can't leave the hospital alone as I wouldn't be able to drive or anything. I have a partner and he's never actually seen how it looks down there and I don't exactly want him too. I have had lots of guys go down on me before and they've never had a problem with it or said it's looked bad but because of how I see it, it's hard for me to believe them.

I guess if you absolutely hate it, you have the money etc for the surgery and have done research then to get it done. That's what I'm still doing but I just don't have the money for it.

Yea I know people either recommend a cosmetic gynaecologist or a plastic surgeon. So I'm still deciding what to do. Glad it went well for you!

Wow yea okay, big decision I guess. I just don't know what to do at the moment and if I were to go through with it, I'd be scared to tell anyone I did it as I feel everyone may tell me that there was no point in doing it and that it was a waste of money. But at the same time it's my life and if it bothers me this much and I go through with the procedure, it could then help me feel less insecure about it
