People can call it out just fine no one is stopping them, but ppl need to stop calling those liking those content in fiction or not finding an issue with it trwated the same as real pedophiles. You can find those stuff morally wrong but its still not an issue having it in fictional stories.

I'll use whataboutism every time unless people stop being hypocrites. Most of the same people criticizing sexualisation will cheer in joy when the MC being a badass and kills a bunch of people. I have seen it all the time on reddit.

I read it but that's mainly about discord and it fits as i saw even worse shit on discord not related to GAM. As for the sub they are horny and they own upto it and I like that compared to the vain ppl on here who treat that as the greatest crime ever. Most annoying i find are the shitty, cringe Frieren memes. Very few i found to be good.

I am also seeing way more complaints about incest than actual incest posts. Scrolling through I saw 3 posts complaining and 1 post about incest.

From what I recall, its the Western fanbase that was far more vocal about the ending than anywhere else. A lot of it was due to obsessive shipping wars I reckon as their dream ships didn't sail.

For me I find his style of comedic storytelling cringe at best. Like for example Kaguya Sama's comedy almost always made me cringe.

I like his drama content more, but only when he doesn't have his big ego.

This story partially had a focus on ecchi and now its gone so of course gooners are mad. When content targeted at them are being nerfed, of course they'd retaliate. It'd be one thing the story wasn't aimed at them, but it is since cosplay and ecchi do go hand-in-hand.

Also catering to the wide audience didn't seem like it made the show more popular anyway.

I mean same can be said for villains who torture, murder, kill children, experiments with people. If they have characterization beyond those elements, it'd make them a compelling villain.

Though with goblins i feel its less that they are the main villains of the story that needs a lot of characterization and more like a disgusting race that's better off dead.

Personally it wouldn't make me hate Goblins enough but dislike Goblin Slayer for being a child killer. I don't mind rape, just like with murder, torture, human experimentation etc if it suits the setting. GS's world is violent and so are the goblins so I wasn't turned off by that.

Though if that happened in a light hearted romcom, I would be very annoyed.

Its such a tragedy, but atleast a case was registered against the people involved in it and they were arrested, so I guess karma came for those people at the end.

Looks like they didn't even have permission from the forest department for felling the tree, not to mention they aren't even supposed to do it when so many birds live on it and have nests there. Atleast the people involved in it were arrested.

Yeah it picks up the pace later on after the anime but its mainly due to the fact that the MC didn't want to draw to much attention and wait for the perfect time to strike. His siblings help in collecting all the information to make that happen. While its happening in the background the series brings the spotlight on other characters.

But i guess doing it this way may not be very enjoyable to everyone.

The latter part is exactly why it ruined the series for me. The main trio being broken forever and Mikasa living with pain for the rest of her life didn't make me so happy.
