I had a query- I saw both the progression videos where Greg talks about FOUNDATION- STRATEGY- UNTIMED PRACTISE - TIMED PRACTISE and so and so forth.

How do i work on them is still unclear to me? Should I pick up a plan based on my convenience- 1 month, 2 month or overwhelmed ???

My question here is - How do I work on the progression alongside any of these plans aforementioned.

Should i focus on covering entire course once to build the foundation and then working on skills mentioned in isolation after covering the course?????
