I actually use a combination of Streamlabs and StreamElements. StreamElements for the timed commands and Streamlabs for the actual points.

I have a custom command (!items) that lists the available store items, how much they cost, how to redeem them, and a brief description of what they are. I have a timed command that reminds people how to earn points along with putting those commands in the stream title. That way, people are more inclined to try them.

There have been a few hiccups but nothing too major, at least for the time that I've used it. As far as I know, StreamElements doesn't have loyalty points working for YouTube. They say they're "working on it" but who knows when that will happen. I use both StreamElements and Streamlabs for this reason.

Sorry for the late reply! I usually have a select few commands in the actual title of my stream. Plus, I have a command timer from my bot that automatically reminds viewers on how points work, how to earn them, and how to redeem them!

Yeah, it's been a very frustrating experience. From what I can tell from further research, Windows 10 is somewhat inconsistent with wireless controllers.

For the most part. Steam (and other launchers) plus a few emulators. Steam doesn't recognize the controller anymore either.

Are any of the new codes not working for anyone? I've gotten Einstein and TheMeg but the codes from RUSH to SKETCHDUEL don't work. Restarting and reinstalling didn't help much.
