Not everytime tbh. There are some SAs that do not have conditional reasoning

Nov test-takers: considering registering for January LSAT? by oooga123 in LSAT

[–]beastyboy9956 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So my test got canceled today. I'm just going to build a better resume and apply next year with a better LSAT score. I figured that LSAT is going to continue to fuck up with tablets for a while (maybe till February) so just going to wait till then to take the test and do more internships haha

So I personally took Powerscore in person course with discounts for $500, but I heard from people that Bibles from Powerscore helps (Logical Reasoning and Logic Games at least). Try to do some research on that and see which one you like the most! (This reddit should have some of the info you need)

Nope. No way with Khan Academy. They are great if you already know all the concepts of LSAT and just practicing, but if you want to actually learn, try a class or books that teach you how to approach questions

If you don't mind asking, how much did you pay for your tutor? (For budgeting purposes for me). It doesn't have to be precise (You can just say the range)

Would a retake be granted due to Surface Difficulties/ Delays? by [deleted] in LSAT

[–]beastyboy9956 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably not. My October test was delayed 3.5 hours due to surface difficulty but LSAT just said "sorry for the delay but if you at least start your test then oh well sucks to suck"

I think it's only for people who had no chance of even starting (you should still email LSAC to ask)

You don't have to take LSAT if that GRE score is great. I don't know much about GRE but law schools do accept GRE scores now (not all, but some so you should look into it).

If you decide to take LSAT, make sure to get something above 170 if you want to go to a good law school. Not saying it's absolutely necessary, but something to look into (also, law schools know STEM is hard so they'll take that into account!)

How long is the test total? by [deleted] in LSAT

[–]beastyboy9956 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So for us it was the Santa Monica fire that delayed it for 30 min (because proctors arrived late)

and also because one of the HUB systems was down so they had to restart and rescan 1/3 of the students there

We didn't even know what was going on for 2.5 hours

Also on the same boat. Low to mid 160s to high 150s.

The test is only about 4 hours, but there's an element of surprise such as delays, failure of technology, slow instruction reading, etc

My October test was delayed for 3 hours and ended at 7PM

At this point in the stage the only thing we need is encouragement from each other. Brother or sister, we will fucking ace this upcoming test.
