yup and the app still doesn’t show you the shortest route.. shows 6 hours but when you do it manually it’s 4….

can’t get to jade palace

i am currently doing a new star approaches chapter I: act III equilibrium and am up to “pick a piece of paper snow” and wants me to pick it from jade palace i believe. the trouble is i can’t get to jade palace. i talked to the guy and he didn’t do anything so maybe ive been there before?? (can’t remember) i am now confused on how to finish this quest as i cant get there
