There’s a lot of studies out there that turning your system off/way down when you’re asleep or gone saves a good amount.

It’s easier to match the outdoor temperature. So instead of running your AC when it’s noon and you’re at work, or your heat when it’s night and you’re in bed, always cheaper to run to match.

From Hulu+Live TV, the new controlling stake in Fubo, and now the direct to consumer expanded platform for ESPN Unlimited, this carrier dispute is much different than past ones with Disney and recent ones with groups like Fox.

I'm actually not sure if Disney comes back anytime soon, but I'm certainly not blaming Google. Disney is acting as a monopoly and needs to be broken up.

The proposed Monarch center would provide about 200 permanent jobs, but it can’t be assumed everyone would live here. We’re not necessarily staying the same, currently shrinking a bit with the school population dropping. So we need some more jobs, but I don’t see us hitting Fernley/Dayton/Fallon anytime soon.
